Lo que m\u00e1s me gusta de trabajar con clientes B2B es que tienen mucho que decir, no solo sobre temas t\u00e9cnicos o sobre los productos o servicios que sus empresas ofertan; sino que podemos extraer experiencias. Y me encanta, porque las experiencias que ellos tienen en sus industrias no solo aportan a sus comunidades, sino que los posiciona como expertos en lo que hacen; y finalmente podemos lograr vender con ese contenido. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu mayor logro?<\/b><\/p>\n

Modestia aparte, he logrado varias cosas en la vida de las cuales me siento orgullosa. Pero mi mayor triunfo fue, sin duda, haber sido madre soltera de Marina durante dos a\u00f1os. Fueron a\u00f1os hermosos y, a la vez, desafiantes; un camino que, gracias al apoyo de mi familia y amigos(as), logr\u00e9 transitar y superar. Hoy, con el apoyo de mi esposo, todo es m\u00e1s manejable, ya que nos organizamos y dividimos las responsabilidades.<\/span><\/p>\n

Fue precisamente cuando Marina cumpli\u00f3 dos a\u00f1os que decid\u00ed crear Phenomenal. Necesitaba un espacio donde explotar todo mi conocimiento y capacidad, ofrecer servicios a un mercado desatendido y, al mismo tiempo, tener la flexibilidad que requer\u00eda como madre primeriza. \u00bfC\u00f3mo haces para vivir en otro continente y trabajar con Latinoam\u00e9rica?<\/b><\/p>\n

No voy a romantizarlo: trabajar con un equipo en una zona horaria tan diferente no es f\u00e1cil. Cuando mi equipo en Am\u00e9rica Latina empieza su jornada a las 9:00 a. m., aqu\u00ed en Alemania ya son las 4:00 p. m. El mayor reto es la disciplina para trabajar cuando la mayor\u00eda de la gente ya ha terminado su d\u00eda. Pero a pesar de este desaf\u00edo, vivir aqu\u00ed me ofrece much\u00edsimas satisfacciones.<\/span><\/p>\n

Una de las cosas que m\u00e1s valoro es observar la cultura laboral europea. Son incre\u00edblemente eficientes y organizados, pero lo que realmente me impresiona es c\u00f3mo logran separar el trabajo de la vida personal. A partir de las 5 o 6 de la tarde, apagan sus tel\u00e9fonos, cierran sus laptops y simplemente se desconectan. Y cuando alguien se enferma, se desconecta por completo sin sentir la menor culpa. Es un equilibrio inspirador.<\/span><\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, estar en Alemania me permite un acceso privilegiado a la innovaci\u00f3n. Las oficinas de gigantes como Google, Siemens y LinkedIn est\u00e1n aqu\u00ed, y con ellas, innumerables eventos de marketing y tecnolog\u00eda. Esto me permite mantenerme al d\u00eda y, lo que es m\u00e1s importante, actualizar constantemente a mis equipos. Siempre consigo contactos valiosos para otras \u00e1reas y se los comparto a los directores, creando sinergias importantes.<\/span><\/p>\n

A nivel personal, la experiencia tambi\u00e9n es enriquecedora para mi hija Marina. Su kindergarten est\u00e1 rodeado de naturaleza, permiti\u00e9ndole jugar libremente. Me encanta que tenga la oportunidad de interactuar con ni\u00f1os de diferentes or\u00edgenes y practicar otros idiomas.<\/span><\/p>\n

Finalmente, en Phenomenal estamos colaborando con una ONG incre\u00edble, Wilderness International (<\/span>https:\/\/es.wilderness-international.org\/<\/span><\/a>). Dado que la mayor\u00eda del equipo de la ONG vive en Alemania (porque son alemanes), podemos reunirnos f\u00e1cilmente por las ma\u00f1anas para tomar un caf\u00e9 o tener reuniones.
